Order Processing:
After you place your order, our team will begin processing it within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
Currently, we provide shipping exclusively within South Africa. We make use of The Courier Guy for all orders, and while delivery times may differ based on your location, you can typically expect your order to reach you within 7 business days after placing it.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all orders above R 1 000.00. For orders below R 1 000.00, a standard shipping fee of R110.00 will be applied at checkout.
Order Cancellation and Fees:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to our customer support team at shop.juffrouc2@gmail.com as soon as you can. We will strive to meet your request; however, please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, adjustments or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, like personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Return Process:
Should you decide to return an item, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the return procedure, which may involve submitting photographs or other proof of the issue. After we receive and examine the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your return request.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once your return is approved, you can choose between a refund of the purchase price or a replacement, based on your preference and the availability of stock. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
